Ninja Stars

Ninja Stars - Ages 6 & up

Jump, flip and tumble into our Ninja Stars Class. These classes aim to build confidence and friendships while inspiring students to tackle challenges. Each 45-minute class includes a warm-up, movement games and rotations adapted to each child’s ability. Students will develop strength, balance, coordination and focus with each class. With a strong focus on full body dynamic training, this is a great compliment to existing sports training or a fun way to stay active & fit!
