Music Lessons

Piano Lessons

Students are accepted into piano lessons without an audition if they are 5 years or older, can count to 20 and know their alphabet.

Materials required are: a pencil, notebook, and at least four piano books entitled Technique (or Technic), Lesson, Theory/Notespeller and Performance. All method books are accepted.

If you are not able to acquire these materials Mrs. Grassi can lend you a used book but it is suggested that you bring your own piano books to your lessons.

Teens and adults are also encouraged to enroll in piano lessons. All styles and levels of piano are taught.

$20 per half hour session. Private lessons not included in all access pass.

Voice Lessons

If you are 8 years old or older and can carry a tune you will be accepted without an audition to study voice.

Materials required are: a three ring binder, a pencil, a notebook and a positive attitude. If you have any sheet music you would like to work on please bring 2 copies of each selection. In each lesson students are taught: correct breath control, correct vocal health, how to stand and project correctly, vocalizing techniques and pieces to expand their vocal repertoire.

Teens and adults are also encouraged to enroll in voice lessons. Mrs. Grassi can help in all styles of voice including Musical Theater, Pop, Contemporary Christian, Gospel, Rock, Jazz and Classical. She also is experienced preparing students for college and musical theater auditions.

Recorder Lessons

Students ages 7 and up are accepted into recorder lessons without an audition.

Students will learn to read and play music. The recorder is a great instrument to learn if interested in playing any woodwind instrument.

lesson book: Click Here and a notebook and pencil.
Books and instruments can be lent out as well.

$20 per half hour session. Private lessons not included in all access pass.
