The emphasis for this team is to introduce young children to the basics of cheerleading. This team will give young cheerleaders the opportunity to perform at competitions with a routine that is geared for their age and level of experience.

The primary focus of this team is to teach the beginning skills associated with cheerleading while developing the basic knowledge of those slightly more experienced. These little athletes will have fun while extending their knowledge and ability of this dynamic sport.

By doing so, these youngsters will foster a love for competitive cheerleading and will continue to be a part of the all star cheerleading experience for years to come.

Recreational Cheer offers an opportunity to “try out” a cheer program without all the financial and time commitments. Students learn stunts, pyramids, tosses, tumbling, motions, dances, formations and transitions. This is a non-competitive class that allows the students to decide if they would like to pursue a postition on a high school or competitive cheer team.
